Dear reader,

This year I have the honour to work for AKKUraatd and we will attend to the interests of every student. However, I can already look ahead to the campaign where we will continue our upward trend. Besides the campaign I am also responsible for sponsoring at AKKUraatd.

Outside of AKKUraatd I am mostly occupied with writing my thesis and the final stages of 024History. During this event, where the Nijmeegse history will be in the spotlight, there will be an exhibition of the happiness moments of NEC. I like making a scientific story more accesible for a broader audience to create more interest for scientific subjects. That is why creating an exhibition for NEC is fantastic because the club is well known within Nijmegen but very few people know the broader context the club works in.

Something similar is also a challenge for AKKUraatd. How do we make sure the students keep up with what is discussed within the USC and the influence that has? Co-determination should be more visible for the students than just that one week in May. This way the students can see that the election programmes are not lists filled with empty promises but are actually used to raise new discussions.
