#10 Niels Wolters

Hoi, ik ben Niels en ik ben 4e jaars Artificial Intelligence student. Ik ben sinds mijn tweede jaar actief binnen SV CognAC geweest en heb daar in mijn derde jaar een bestuursjaar gedaan als secretaris. Dit jaar ben ik bezig met mijn bestuursjaar bij N.K.S.W. Kompanio als Commissaris Formele Aangelegenheden en ben ik actief lid geworden van SV Leonardo da Vinci. Ik vind het belangrijk dat studeren voor zoveel mensen mogelijk toegankelijk is. Dit kan mede door studenten flexibeler te laten studeren of collegegeld naar verhouding van studiepunten voor gevolgde vakken te bepalen. Ook vind ik het belangrijk, met het oog op globalisatie, dat de Radboud Universiteit zich meer open stelt voor internationalisering, bijvoorbeeld door het aanbieden van gratis of goedkopere taalcursussen en de medezeggenschapsstukken ook in het Engels aan te bieden. AKKUraatd zet zich in voor deze punten en om deze reden heb ik besloten te solliciteren voor AKKUraatd. Met trots sta ik nu dan ook op plek 10 op de lijst van AKKUraatd.

Hi, I’m Niels and I’m a fourth year Artificial Intelligence student. Since my second year I’ve been active within SV CognAC and in my third year I have been CognAC’s secretary. This year I’m doing a board year as the Formal Affairs Officer of N.K.S.W. Kompanio and have I become an active member of SV Leonardo da Vinci. It is important to me that studying is accessible to as many people as possible. This could partly be improved by allowing more flexibility in a student’s programme or by determining tuition fees in accordance to the amount of EC’s of followed courses. I also find it important that, with globalisation in mind, the Radboud University opens up for more internationalisation, for example by offering free or heavily discounted language courses and by presenting the staff student council pieces in English as well. AKKUraatd is committed to these causes and for this reason I have decided to apply for AKKUraatd. With pride I can now say I’m at position 10 on the list of AKKUraatd.
