BSA tijdens corona
De Radboud Universiteit heeft momenteel de zwaarste BSA regeling tijdens de Coronacrisis van alle
universiteiten!! Huidige eerstejaars studenten kunnen door deze regeling na twee jaar hard studeren
toch met hun studie moeten stoppen omdat ze één vak niet halen.
AKKUraatd heeft zich de afgelopen weken hard ingezet om dit te veranderen. We hebben
bijvoorbeeld in onderling gesprek met onze rector en in officieel overleg met het universiteitsbestuur
dit probleem én de stress die dit veroorzaakt aangekaart. Het universiteitsbestuur lijkt nu bereid te
zijn om dit soort situaties te voorkomen en de regeling minder streng te maken!
Zo wordt het BSA in Corona tijden hopelijk aangepast van een straf, naar een hulpmiddel, zoals het

At the moment the Radboud University has the most strict BSA regulation during the Coronacrisis of
all universities in the Netherlands!! This means that current first year students could be forced to
stop with their bachelors after two years of study because they didn’t pass one course.
AKKUraatd has been very committed the past couple of weeks to change this. We for instance have
had private conversations with our rector as well as formal conversations with our university board
to address this problem and the stress it can cause. The board now seems to be willing to prevent
these situations and make the regulation less strict!
Hopefully this will change our BSA during Corona from a punishment to the aid it is meant to be. Do
